My little herb garden has gone crazy, and my mint is taking over. I cut a little to put in my iced tea last night, but seriously, I need some ideas for using it up!
Also, you could have your mint planted in a plastic pot which is "submerged" in the dirt--then the mint won't take over your garden. Otherwise, it will travel and you will end up with a mint backyard.
You could make tabbouli. That uses a lot of mint.

ReplyDeleteI love tabbouli. I'll see what I can find for a good recipe. Also, I've never really thought of fruit and mint together, but I'll definitely try it.
